SMARTPLY SURE STEP DB

SMARTPLY SURE STEP DB is an airtight, tongue and groove OSB 3 panel with a high-performance durable coating that can be left exposed for up to 45 days without degradtion.

This innovative panel has been tested in a flooring system to meet the residential internal floor sound insulation requirements of 40db in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Manufactured using advanced resin technology, the unique coating not only enhances the durability of the panel , it also reduces the possibility of swelling whilst offering increased slip resistance in all site conditions. 

In order to ensure satisfactory performance of SMARTPLY SURE STEP DB, precautions must  be taken during transport storage & handling. High-performance polyethylene-coated cloth tape and D4 adhesive must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
